Reunite British Army soldier with his daughter

0 have signed. Let’s get to 5,000!

My constituent Denis Omondi just wants to be a dad to his daughter Anne, who currently lives in Kenya.

He has uncontested custody of Anne, yet she is still being refused entry, to come to live with him and his wife Shelagh, by the Home Office.

In rejecting Anne's visa, the Home Office claimed there wasn't enough evidence to show that Denis and Ann had spent enough time together.

Denis visits Anne as much as he can, given that he is also a serving soldier in the British Army. He is stationed at Fort George and has served tours in Afghanistan, Iraq and Cyprus at the behest of the UK Government.

Denis is a British citizen and dedicates his life to protecting ours. He deserves to have his daughter safe, with him and in a loving home.

Please show Denis, his wife Shelagh and Anne your support by signing this petition, calling on the Home Secretary to reunite this loyal soldier and loving father with his daughter.

Thank you
