Most key workers (nurses, carers, social workers and doctors) in the UK come from countries that have been put on the Red list. This means they will be forced to quarantine in hotels with substandard amenities for £1750 per person for 10 days after coming back from visiting their families who they last saw before the Covid 19 Pandemic. That is £175 a night!!! We want the government to  them to quarantine at home as long as they return with a Negative covid 19 PCR test result. We see the current enforcement as a skewed breach and insult to a fundamental human right given the sacrifice they have shown to the survival of the NHS.
