We want to stop the privatisation of our publically owned National Health Service. Whilst the government deny this is happening and have done for 12 years, step by step they have passed legislation to facilitate this. They clearly beleive they have a mandate to do this, it was never mentioned in their manifesto or pre election pledges. The Media refuse to report this despite the leaked internal tory documents showing it was true. The 2012 health and care bill removed all obligation for the government to provide healthcare to the people. Now in 2021 they have passed legislation to allow private providers to sit on commitees and decide how our money is spent, and we can be sure their budget decisions will be based on whats good for them not the people. Many MP's have invested in private healthcare and the decisions theyre making will make them unbeleiveably rich, this isnt right and must be stopped. Theyre deliberately underfunding the NHS to make it fail so we will allow them to privatise it. Waiting times and lists have increased to the point you cant get a GP appointment inside 2 weeks if at all, if refered you can wait over a year for a primary appointment, and many taken to hospital in emergency situations are spending upto 15 hours outside hospitals in ambulances because of government created staff shortages stopping ambulances passing patients onto hospitals, many have already died as a result and things are set to get worse not better. We are hoping to bring about a public debate the media cant ignore as millions still appear to be unaware of whats going on because of the media reluctance to go against Government retoric, many are saying due to ownership issues and the financial benefits being given to them by the government, putting profit before the needs of people has to stop.
