Following todays news about the energy cost hike, I feel it necessary to try and express the nations concern and affect it will have not just now but in the future. The aim is to obtain enough signatures to get this looked at by the MP Jeremy Wright who can then take it further. 

For the Chancellor to offer £150.00 through Council Tax is a kick in the teeth, to offer £200 loan which is paid back over years is a kick in the teeth especially when Shell have announced today they have made billions in profit and MPs can claim energy costs as expenses!

What about the pensioners of this country who can’t increase their income to help cover the cost, the people on sickness benefit who can’t increase their income to help cover the cost, the people who are out of work struggling to find a job and the working people, this is just 4 categories of people but we are all affected.
