Debbie Palmer started this petition to UK Government

Currently when you sell a mobile/park home the site get 10% of this sale which is frankly a joke when you look at how much money this equates to and what the site actually do while you are living there and paying them a monthly ground rent. Site that our mobile home is on cuts a few shrubs round a parking area, paints some residents fences and deals with any water/drainage problems. Any fences on their land/plots they are making the residents pay for, when health and safety came round after Grenfell fire residents were told to remove hedges near their homes - all done at residents expense. An estate agent doesn't get this kind of commission so I don't see this as a fair commission at all and believe this charge needs looking at to help people trying to sell their homes get a fair price without the fear of thousands having to go to a greedy land owner.
