Garry Jackson started this petition to UK Government

I owned a franchise business - etyres Canterbury.  The main franchisee did not perform as tasked and I took him the business to court and won my money back and costs.

etyres Ltd had leant £2.2 million pounds to another business owned by the the director - L&P Chess which is a land ownership company but he has attempted to liquidate etyres Ltd without paying the original loan back or paying back his creditors - I am quite a lot out of pocket - over £60k.

I think that the director and his family should not be able to keep a business running which is being kept afloat by a loan from a business they have closed owing over £500000.

the government need to make this illegal so businesses pay their debts and if need be the money is forcibly taken from any other businesses owned by the directors.

I petition the government to look at this and make a law to protect businesses who are owed money by business persons/businesses who try to close yet are part of a group of businesses owned by the debtor.
