As the occupier of Number 10 Downing Street, which has now been confirmed as having held a 'bring your own bottle' party on May 20th 2020 thereby breaching Coronavirus Act guidelines implemented by the Conservative Government, Boris Johnson is liable for a £10000 fine in the same any other UK citizen would be. Enforcement of this would potentially provide evidence of 'one rule for them, and one for us' not being the reality the majority of UK citizens have felt it to be since March 2020.
