During the covid pandemic the government issued out , COVID relief funds to the employees that were affected by the pandemic since the was no income with certain regulations. So our company applied for us in different departments but they didn't claim for the month of June and July and March to June that could assist different families that are hardly affected .

The department says there  are error from our company that were not correct hence the funds were not released to the correct qualified candidates

We addressed the the error to the company,they said the problem is not on them but within the department.

According to the department it is within the companies responsibility to authorize to release those funds in line with government policies i.e COVID19 relief fund
