Problem
Against its own visions, UEFA and thus Aleksander Čeferin reportedly wants to reorganize the Champions League further, and divide Europa League into two divisions. This is against Aleksander Čeferin's statement, that he doesn't allow creating an european super league for the richest clubs (which actually is happening in the restructuring of the UCL by allowing 26 teams to directly enter the Group Stage). Furthermore, by initiating Europa League 2, the clear fact is, that UEFA want smaller clubs not to mess into the clash of the bigger, richer clubs.
Aleksander Čeferin stated earlier, after his election that he wants to close the gap a little between the richest and well-developed clubs and smaller, financially weaker clubs, to somewhat pull them back into the circulation of european football.

Solution
We, fans, club boards and club managers across Europe, by signing this petition, want to express our utmost disappointment and concern that the smaller clubs are visibly getting non-existent in the plans of building european football in the future.
We ask the UEFA, FIFA and most importantly Aleksander Čeferin
to reconsider his decision and instead of making the rich clubs even richer, take some time to think about aren't the smallest clubs are part of european football. Why does he think the smaller clubs' fans don't deserve to watch their team in the highest tier, if they deserve their spot by fighting for it on the pitch.

Personal story
I'm a strong supporter of Ferencváros, a club with great history in Hungary. The only Hungarian Ballon d'Or winner, Flórián Albert played in this club. This club has great traditions and great achievements throughout the last decades. I always wanted to see my team in the UCL or having at least a strong position in european football. Now I feel myself and the club left alone by UEFA, and I personally think there are other fans thinking the same from Portugal to Kazahstan.
