"SARS Cov 2 is a very intelligent virus. It shows no community transmission during election rallies in the election bound states as we have already seen. It becomes dead when it 'enters or encounters' a rally (gathered by tens of thousands) or campaign of any political party in all the poll bound states we are seeing."

The Government of Maharashtra has ordered another 'Break The Chain' order dated 5th April to impose draconian (unscientific) CCP style lockdowns throughout the state till 30th April. All these tyrannical measures being enforced by declaring and terming the Covid-19 as a 'pandemic' and an emergency under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and the British Era Epidemic Diseases Act,1897.

The British era Epidemic Act and the recently amended DMA, grants unrestricted, unchecked powers to the government to contain a 'pandemic'; anyhow it may deem fit. The gov has been using all sorts of unscientific draconian measures to 'flatten the curve', 'stop the spread' at the cost of destroying the state economy, destroy local businesses and individual sanctity, along with many tyrannical restrictions being imposed at district level, which defy not only common sense but also human dignity.

As it has been proven in the recent times that election rallies, road shows and campaigns help stop the otherwise mysteriously rising cases, we the people demand the State to kindly administer elections throughout the state to help stop Covid 19 'deadly pandemic', 'break the chain' and help end the LOCKDOWNS.
