It is unconscionable to allow a man to die - especially if he has the money - because of his nation of residence! Let Jesus Navarro have his transplant!

It's abysmally immoral to dismiss medical attention based on immigration status... Jesus has the coverage, and funds to get treatment. This double standard in capitalism must end!

I'm not clear on why he doesn't use another hospital, but -WOW! That's horrible. "We don't work on undocumented Mexicans." is that this hospital's position? Sad.

I am signing because Jesus deserves to live. My son suffered end-stage renal disease at age 27. I donated my kidney and there were complications from the start. He ended up having another transplant They found he had a rare disease that only attacked kidneys. Two years later. My husband donated his kidney this time. Again, the disease took the kidney . Four years later he had a 3rd. transplant, receiving a kidney from an unselfish donor who tried to give life to someone after their death. They had lost their their life in an auto accident. The rare disease took that kidney also. All my son wanted was a chance for a somewhat normal life. I saw him suffer too much. Please don't let Jesus suffer any longer. He deserves to live. It's the moral thing to do.

Isn't this a violation of the Hippocratic Oath?

Any doctor that would use "documentation" or nationality as an excuse to refuse treatment should lose their medical license! Mexican and South American doctors treat American patients all the time! This is racism plain and simple. Racism and medicine DON'T MIX.
