Why this petition matters

A recent survey conducted by the Financial Supports Commission revealed 89% of students surveyed were required to print material for classes. Furthermore, over 50% of students surveyed reported that they are required to print more than 5 pages per week. With a total cost of 11 cents for B&W and 23 cents for color printing, printing costs are becoming more unaffordable and in today's age of technology, redundant - not to mention the hight environmental costs of printing.

FSC is now trying to enlist professors into reducing their demand for student printing. Sign this petition if you would like to reduce student printing, so we can collate this information and appeal to the professors!

If you have any questions or want to get more involved with FSC's initiatives, please visit our website fsc.usac.ucla.edu, our instagram @usacfsc, or email our commissioner Millen Srivastava at usafsc@gmail.com!
