UCL should become an accredited Living Wage employer

We want UCL to become an accredited Living Wage employer.
What does this mean?
In 2010, UCL agreed to pay the Living Wage to all staff, following a successful campaign. However, it did not become an accredited Living Wage employer and six years later some employees here at UCL are still on minimum wage. Becoming accredited would ensure all who work on site earn a fair, Living Wage.
What is the Living Wage?
The Living Wage in London is currently £9.75 per hour. Research overseen by the Living Wage foundation states that workers need to be paid at least this rate in order to have a good standard of living.
Please sign our petition to ensure that UCL delivers a fair Living Wage to all employees.
