In fact, this is not true, there are problems since before the Corona virus, but now these problems are compounded. That school has never sent us an orientation or pronunciation email until today. Students who try to obtain information and inform other students, for example, sometimes call and are unable to contact them. UCEDA is forcing these classes online, even without educational structure or quality. The sites do not work well and students feel lost, some do not know how to use these complicated sites and no one ever guides them; the other students try to help, but those same students are also learning to use this complex system. Some teachers are willing and trying to help, but others are lost like us. The classes are terrible and we are not learning anything. We understand the moment we are living because of the Corona virus, but Uceda is forcing these low quality classes on students. Uceda never sent an e-mail to guide or provide information about what quarantine would be like, but we received e-mails to charge fees, if you delay the tuition you will receive e-mail and will be prevented from attending classes, but when a student calls to get some information, the phones are always busy. There are students in the same class who pay different amounts and this is not fair. Students who study in the afternoon are taking the same classes as students in the morning or evening, They were assigned to the afternoon and morning classes. UCEDA, you must stop this neglect with students, thinking only about making money. This school will have to give us discounts because we are not receiving quality education. We no longer accept these on line classes without quality or educational structure. UCEDA You owe us an answer.

Compreendemos o momento em que estamos vivendo por causa do vírus Corona, mas a Uceda está forçando essas classes de baixa qualidade para os aluno. A Uceda nunca enviou um e-mail para orientar ou para fornecer informações sobre como seria a quarentena, mas recebemos e-mails para cobrar taxas, se você atrasar a mensalidade irá receber e-mail e irá ser impedido de participar das aulas, mas quando um aluno liga para obter algumas informações, os telefones estão sempre ocupados. Há alunos da mesma classe que pagam valores diferentes e isso não é justo. Os alunos que estudam no turno tarde estão tendo as mesmas aulas que os alunos de manhã ou à noite; foram designados para as aulas da tarde e da manhã. UCEDA, você deve interromper essa negligência com os alunos, pensando apenas em ganhar dinheiro. Esta escola tera que nos dar descontos por que não estamos recebendo ensino de qualidade . Não aceitamos mais essas aulas on-line  sem qualidade ou estrutura educacional. UCEDA Você nos deve uma resposta.
