It has been far too long now that lawbringer has not achieved the rework he deserves or the buff. The simple damage nerf does not encourage parry punishes (which he was technically made for) and his bash without hyper armor does not offer any offensive openers like most characters in the roster. Even though many people say he is still good as is, there is much that needs to be fixed with this hero as in his state right now he is weaker than a lot of characters in the game offensive wise. Encouraging defensive play and having an extremely weak offense is something that was taken away from him. Giving opportunities to better openers and mix ups in chains such as soft feints and buffing long arm are some of the things that he needs in order to become a more of hero to play against and play as.

Rework(Strongly Suggested):

I reinforce the idea of giving him hyper armor on his shove or unblockable heavy finishers. It’ll give confidence and the guarantee of being able to push through opponent attacks and punishing them for not being able to dodge or parry(unblockable finisher HA) or to not dodge and guardbreak(shove HA) His longarm is also useless and is not viable at all which takes up unnecessary room in his kit for other openers such as light combos or soft feintable combos(LLH)(HLL). In order to make longarm viable it needs to be much faster or soft feintable! Slightly slower heavy finishers while in his chain but with hyper armor or soft feintable into a pole axe bash with the butt of it to add more offensive capabilities into his kit. %17 Bigger stamina bar to continually keep pressure onto the enemy. Same defensive bashes (side dodge) but faster offensive bashes (forward dodge) equal to a centurion kick. The downside to this is there has to be a slight damage nerf to his regular heavies. 

Buff:

If a rework does not sound appealing, a buff to his light parry punish swift justice should be buffed to 30 and his finisher to 5. Adding hyper armor onto his shove or top unblockable finishers once again. Making his forward BASH FASTER! It makes zero sense for other heroes in the game to have faster bashes than lawbringer especially since he does not have hyper armor or great offensive openers. His long arm should be sped up and soft feintable from an unblockable heavy finisher. 

These are ideas that should be implemented in order to really establish and reinforce the idea of him being the counter attacker or bully we all knew him as.
