Uber Eats needs to stop thinking it’s ok to offer a driver around $2.50 to drive 10 miles in our car, use and pay for our own gas and put the wear and tear on our vehicles. We deserve a wage that we can live off of.  Uber Eats treats the drivers as if we are privileged to work for them.  Uber Eats has shady practices when it comes to surge pay and promotions. The way the purposefully word these issues is to confuse drivers. Look at what is going on in Chicago. Let’s put a end to this, demand better pay for all we sacrifice and show Uber that WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS COMPANY!!!  Without US DRIVERS, there would be no Uber Eats.     We want a min pay of at $1 per mile and a min of $6 per delivery.  Stop charging a “delivery service charge” if that charge is not going to the drivers who are doing the delivery. 
Uber needs to be 100% transparent in how big of a percent they keep and what charges they charge the customer and how they “word” charges to the customer.  Uber Eats Drivers are paid at the very end of the pay scale when it comes to delivery or transportation jobs, some of us do not make anywhere near min wage after expenses.  LETS PUT A STOP TO THIS!!!!
