The facts speak for themselves. The right to Grow one's own personal should be at least put to a vote, even with citizens united decision where cash = speech...for now. Pursuit of Happiness is a fundamental right. It is already legal, just let us vote on it so parents can opt out of the criminal black market by growing their own.
