My husband has a genetic immune deficiency. He cannot make antibodies, even when exposed to vaccines. He is able to go to stores, community events, essentially live due to herd immunity. I worry about whooping cough, measles, mumps, the list could go on. The growing movement of anti-vaxxers are undereducated in real science and overeducated in quackery.

As a first world country, we should give all children vaccinations, to prevent illness. There is no evidence to show that Vaccines are harmful despite people attempting to find something to cite, to say otherwise

Vaccination must not be a choice. In very rare incidents, a child might be harmed by a vaccine, but an unvaccined child poses tremendous danger to the health of the entire community. No parent has the right to start an epidemic. Eliminate the exemptions!

I'm signing because I would like to continue living in a communicable disease free society. Vaccines save lives and protect us from life long disabilities caused by disease. Please consider vaccine legislation eliminating the personal and religious belief exemption for the good of our public health.
