Women have dealt with Menstrual Cycles since the beginning of Millennium, However nobody discusses the pain and problems that come along with a menstrual cycle. Endometriosis and PMS are real problems and can/often affect women’s daily lives such as work and school , and it should be recognized and paid menstrual leave should be allotted and integrated within Work life. Menstrual leave should also be considered an excused absence within the education system. Women should be allowed 15-24 days a year of menstrual leave.
