Make December 28th Excelsior Day, to honor Stan Lee

Stan Lee is unarguably one of the greatest artistic influences of the last century. His reach can be felt in almost every major medium. He served his country in WWII, and then came home to shape the freedom he defended. His work touched on many topics, subtly (and not so subtly) defending civil rights, as well as a general theme of acceptance.

I propose that his birthday (Dec 28) be made a national holiday. Excelsior Day, to honor his societal contribution, as well as his never-ending message to reach for the stars.
