I'd like to start with an analogy... Lets say you decide to hire a financial advisor to help you maintain or improve your financial security in life but after 10 years of direction from this advisor you realize that your financial situation has in fact gotten worse. 

Most people in that situation would understand the need for change and find themselves a new advisor. This same logic can be applied to our country's wellbeing and its "advisors" aka our government officials. 

When you have people in office, some for 20 or 30+ years, who hold the duty of figuring out the best way for our country and its people to prosper, but have been unable to offer improvement, then it becomes "we the peoples" duty to demand change in order to ensure the survival of our country. 

Change is key in survival. We need to set restrictions on term length for all official seats of government bringing with it an end to individuals being guaranteed a life long seat due to financial backing. Fresh ideas and new minds along with a variety of backgrounds are whats needed in order to come up with effective solutions for our countries problems.

The growth of our great country and the wellbeing of its citizens are directly impacted by the choice to either demand change or remain dependent on stale minds and ineffective systems. It's time to DEMAND CHANGE!
