“Petition for the Investigation and Potential Expulsion from Office of the House of Representatives Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi and Adam Bennett Schiff”

In response to the actions of the aforementioned members of Congress related to the novel Coronavirus, (COVID-19), we demand an immediate motion to expel said members of Congress under Article 1 Section 5 Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. The above referenced section of the U.S. Constitution states that, “Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.”  Throughout the history of the United States the main reason members have been expelled for disorderly behavior was due to disloyalty to the United States.[1]  Disloyalty to the United States can be defined as being involved in conspiracies or plans to destroy the United States, or the government.[2]  Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi and Adam Bennett Schiff each knowingly and repeatedly acted to obstruct and destroy the response of the Federal Government in a fashion we consider to be “disorderly behavior,” or destructive to the United States.

The assertion above can be validated because, Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi insidiously obstructed the passing and disbursement of much needed relief to Americans within the CAREs Act. Her proposed inclusions in the bill, detailed below, are of no relevance to the relief Americans needed in direct response to COVID-19.

Mandated “diversity” on corporate boards and in banks.
Required airlines to disclose and reduce emissions.
Mandated that states allow voting by mail.
Increased union bargaining power.
Expanded tax credits for wind and solar power.
Prohibited universities from disclosing the citizenship status of their students.
Provided a bailout for some private pensions.
25 Million in relief to Kennedy Center

Listed above are some examples of attempted and/or included additions to the bill. This bill was intended to be a quick response to supply relief to Americans. American citizens were forced into unemployment, reduction in hours, loss of pay, reduction in salary and shuddered into their homes at not fault of their own. Many Americans are suffering from depression, hunger, suicidal thoughts, and increased stress and anxiety. We consider the delay caused by Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi in attempting to include such non-essential items (riders) to be “disorderly behavior”. Americans depended on Congress to act in a time of severe need and they were let down by one individual in an attempt to pass politically partisan riders in the bill. These attempted quid pro quo riders obstructed the passing of the CAREs act. This conspiracy initiated by Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi, to force through these riders, has and will have dire consequences on the well-being of the American People.

In addition, we believe that the premature launch of an oversight committee to investigate the Federal Government’s response to the novel Coronavirus will cause delays in the response efforts of the Federal Government. To initiate such an event in the midst of this pandemic serves no purpose other than to obstruct official response. We believe Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi and Adam Bennett Schiff acted with malice intent towards the Federal Government. They concocted this conspiracy to create an oversight committee with the intent of slowing down the ability for the Federal Government to respond to the unfolding crisis. This will cost lives and livelihoods. The creation of this oversight committee in the midst of a pandemic serves as another example of “disorderly behavior” and warrants a full investigation from Congress into their actions.

In conclusion, Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi used her power to obstruct the passing of a relief bill to the American people. Within that deliberate and deadly delay she attempted to add riders unrelated to the needed response to COVID-19. Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi and Adam Bennett Schiff created an oversight committee during a pandemic to threaten and obstruct the response of the Federal Government to the novel coronavirus COVID-19. Based on these two actions we are calling for the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, the Congress and the President of the United States to put into motion a full investigation into the actions of Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi and Adam Bennett Schiff citing Article 1 Section 5 Clause 2 of the Constitution. We need Congress to look at these two examples, investigate and ask questions. These questions need to be asked in a public setting so we can all hear the answers. The American People deserve answers. The American People deserve better.
