Resolved, that Merrick Brian Garland, Attorney General of the United States, is impeached for civil and constitutional rights violations.

In his conduct while Attorney General of the United States—and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of Attorney General of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Merrick Brian Garland is engaging in civil and constitutional rights violations by targeting citizens of the United States, in that:

On 4 October 2021, Merrick Brian Garland signed a memorandum citing a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation's public schools.

There's no reason for the federal government should be operating outside of their enumerated and concurrent powers vested to it by the U.S. Constitution. Every single U.S. citizens should be adamantly opposed to this overreach and abuse of power. Intense debate should never discouraged on issues. I think that's how our republic is suppose to work.

This is an overreaction by the Justice Department. It is is imperative that parents are involved in their school boards and if they disagree with what's being taught this is exactly why you have school board meetings so they can show their displeasure or support for what's going on in their taxpayer-funded schools. This is an overreach of the federal government and it is very dangerous.

Wherefore, Merrick Brian Garland, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he will remain a threat to civil rights, the republic, and the Constitution if allowed to remain in office, and has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law. Merrick Brian Garland thus warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
