Jeremy Holland started this petition to U.S. Senate

For too long people have been allowed to fly symbols of hatred and promote hatred in this nation. There is absolutely no reason why these symbols which have struck fear in the hearts of people should be sold or even allowed to be paraded around in this nation.

It's time to take a step towards ending hatred and adding amendments to the first amendment and remove hate speech and symbols of hate from it's protection. No one should be free to spread hate and fear. No one should dehumanize another person for their race or religion. This fight has gone on top long. It's time to end this.

Groups like the Klu Klux Klan or Neo Nazi's fly these symbols with no fear. Inciting violence with their mere presence. It's modern day terrorism and people are ready to kill and die over these symbols. This is America. We have fought against those symbols and the crimes committed under them. It is time to remove them from the presence of this great nation and push towards a better tomorrow. We need to end the cycle of hate.

Congress/Senate should be able to sit down and draft up a decent collection of symbols of hate. The Nazi flag was flown in Germany during World War Two, and Germany took the flag and made it illegal to fly. Nazi symbols and salutes are outlawed. We should follow their steps and clean up this trash once and for all
