William Sisson started this petition to U.S. Senate and

Nancy Pelosi sits in a position of the upmost regard for mature & respectful behavior especially toward The President whether she likes him or not. What she did by refusing to stand up, rolling eyes, mumbling under her breath & tearing up President speech publicly what complete Disorderly Conduct & she should be expelled. She is shown over & over calling President names making false allegations & running false impeachment sham & not introducing President as formally done as in every state of union address. She should have to be held at a much higher standard be in her position and should be expelled for that conduct!! The Constitution empowers both the House and the Senate to expel a sitting Member who engages in “disorderly Behaviour,” requiring a two-thirds vote of those present and voting in the chamber to which the Member belongs. As these are internal matters, neither the House nor the Senate requires the concurrence of the other chamber to expel one of its own Members.
