English:  Every year, hundreds of victims of workplace discrimination and retaliation withdraw their legitimate cases because the EEO process is designed to discourage employees from pursuing their cases and have a fair process.  While agencies are fully represented to destroy and dismiss victims' claims with falsehoods at the expense of the taxpayer, there is not a single organization that represents employees before the EEOC for free.  You may need an attorney to increase your chance to win because representing yourself minimizes your chances. Please join me to demand the government to reform the EEOC faulty process and to order each agency to create a fund to pay the victim's legal expenses.  We must not been victimized twice, first by the discriminating agency and then, by the lack of funds to be represented before the EEOC.  If you, a loved one or someone you know have been discriminated at their workplace, then, this is our time to sign this petition.  We, the people, demand a major overhaul of the EEOC, the establishment of a victims' fund and more scrutiny of the EEOC Administrative Judges.  You do not have to donate for this cause, you can sign and share instead.  We must stop discrimination at all levels of society. 

Español:  La discriminación en el trabajo es cada vez más frecuente.  Muchas veces, las víctimas de discriminación no tienen el dinero para pagar un abogado que los represente.  Todos sabemos que el proceso es largo y mentalmente tedioso.  El proceso de la Comisión de Igualdad en el Empleo no es adecuado ya que está diseñado para que las víctimas se cansen durante el proceso y se rindan.  ¿Sabía usted que los abogados que representan a la agencia que los discrimina son pagados con el dinero de los contribuyentes?  Ya es tiempo de cambiar y por eso les invito a que firmen y compartan esta petición.  No tienen que donar dinero.  Pidamos al gobierno que cambie el proceso y que las agencias discriminantes sean forzadas a pagar los gastos legales de las víctimas de discriminación en el empleo.  Ayúdame a detener la discriminación a cualquier nivel de la sociedad.
