Domestic violence is a multifaceted issue affecting all ethnicities,  sexual orientations, spiritual faiths, ages,  and gender identities,  with outdated  systems, antiquated understanding,  and limited resources. Domestic violence involves emotional,  mental,  sexually,  and financial control.  When people need to leave dangerous situations,  law enforcement often refers people to Domestic violence shelters with deplorable  conditions,  no vacancies,  and zero aftercare or rehabilitation. There is an extreme lack of funding for humanitarian efforts such as shelter home facilities for many causes,  including domestic violence.  When there are no resources available,  victims are forced to remain in toxic situations which place themselves and their children in grave danger.  We would like to petition the U. S. Senate, along with all branches of national government in cities across the nation,  with a global reach initiative,  to provide discounted resources to those who provide housing, additional basic fundamental operational resources,  relocation services,  information mediums such as advertising, and the like.  We also urge the community of humanity to stand in solidarity against domestic violence by contributing,  when feasible,  weekly or monthly donations of financial,  clothing, nutritional, therapeutic, transportation,  the like.
