I have been trying to get my records from The Family Court in Fort Bend County Court- 1422 Eugene- Heimann Circle. I have filed all of the documents and I am being block from being able to transer the records to the county in which I currently reside. I am requesting my recourts to be transferred to Houston Harris county. The children are also residing in the same county as me and I need to modify my case. The Judge and the clerks are prohibiting me from being able to fight the case in another county. I also hired an attorny and they still won't transfer the records. They court in FORT BEND no longer have jurisdiction to my case. I also want to change how Media coverage is given. I have an attorney that tried helping me get media coverage for my case but I was told that their bosses would not take my case. This is priority and I truly need media coverage.
