ACTION NEEDED-PREGNANT MOM BEING DETAINED BY ICE
Aug 23, 2017 — It is with great sorrow that I inform you that Maria continues to be detained. Maria's health and pregnancy are being jeopardize by her detention due to the severe stress in which she is in. Maria has been having premature labor cramps on a daily basis; as well as pain on the side of her gum where an oral surgery was performed a week prior to her detention. Maria’s situation is inhuman and is up to the community to show that we demand she be released.
Please support us by contacting her Congressional Representative Darrel Issa and ask for his support in requesting Maria to be released from detention. Con una gran tristeza les informo que Maria continua bajo la custodia del departamento ICE. La salud y embarzo de Maria estan en alto riesgo devido al intenso estres en el que se encuentra. Maria a tenido contraciones prematuras casi todos los dias. Al igual que dolor en la encia donde tuvo una sirugia dental una semana antes de ser detenida. Unamonos como comunidad y demandemos la liberacion de Maria.
