There are 420 of houses in our small rural town.  We can't get some items delivered to us because the USPS does not recognize our physical addresses as well as we have an alarming amount of turnover at our local post office.  Every time there are new people the rules change.  We just want to get our mail and don't think it's fair that we are discriminated against because we live in a small town.  The post office has limited hours and we are not able to get our mail outside of those hours, and our mail is constantly messed up.  We get other peoples mail in our boxes regularly as well as getting our package returned if they do not have our PO Box number on them or can't get the to the post office in a timely manner, due to health or other issues.

We feel it is only fair to not only have the USPS system recognize our home addresses, but to be able to get our mail delivered and picked up at them as well. We have many disabled and elderly residents that make getting to the post office challenging on a regular basis, especially in the allotted hours available.
