The Blackfeet Tribe has honored The United States National Park Services dating notably 1895 and historic with the peaceful gracious agreement of the west portion of the mountains of the Blackfeet homelands to serve as present day Glaicer National Park. As a dated fact of Native American history the name of Glacier National Park be now honored as Blackfeet National Park in respect of the history of the Blackfeet.
