Tiffany T started this petition to U.S. Magistrate Judge P. Bradley Murray and

Tia Pugh, a 21 year old resident of Mobile, was arrested for alleged criminal mischief and inciting a riot while attending a George Floyd protest on May 31st; two municipal misdemeanors. She was then arrested for federal felony civil unrest for the same incident. Her actions that day did not cause harm to protestors of law enforcement officers, however the tear gas Mobile Police Department officers dispersed did cause days-long pain to those effected.

Federal cases are brought to trial a lot quicker than state or city charges, therefore time is of the essence. Sign the petition to demand that U.S. Magistrate Judge P. Bradley Murray and FBI Special Agent Arthur Paul Roche drop all federal charges and have Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson, Governor Kay Ive, and Attorney Steve Marshall apologize for the unnecessary treatment of Tia in this situation.
