Twice in a row I've had to miss family gatherings because big boss tells us we are working on a Saturday on this new job I gained. I have heard other stories of how other people on salary or hourly wages also have had to work mandatory overtime for weeks or months on. I say we are not dogs who simply can be exploited! So I am making this petition in hope to stop employers from exploiting us people who help make their profit for their business! Have them ask us to work overtime rather than coercing us.
