Passage of the Hearing Protection Act will:
1) Help reduce the number of hunters and recreational shooters suffering from permanent hearing loss from participating in their preferred recreation
2) Reduce the amount of disturbance to residents living close to shooting ranges.
3) Prevent the further hearing loss from us already suffering from it.
