In regards, to The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center Inc v. FDA, D.C. Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, No. 20-1087, Senior Circuit Judge David Sentelle and Circuit Judge Gregory Katsas declared that the FDA did not possess the authority to regulate or ban the use of behavioral modification via electric shock.

The majority of the developed world has come to the understanding that all forms of corporal punishment are both ineffective and often counterintuitive. The reality that as a nation we permit electric shock to be used as behavioral modification is appalling. This case involved literal CHILDREN all of which had DISABILITIES and the adults in the room choose not to stand against their TORTURE. 

I urge you to create and push through a non-partisan single-line entry bill that would permanently ban electric shock from being used for behavioral modification.
