The removal of “Black Lives Matter” from being painted on any municipal, local, state or federal property.

Black Lives Matter, Inc is a 501-C-3 Tax Exempt organization. Having their brand painted on public property without going through an official selection process is showing bias to a select organization.

With the overwhelming number of nonprofit organizations that could benefit from this free marketing and advertising, it is only fair that an official selection process is developed by the governments responsible for the public property and conduct an application period, vetting process and selection with a diverse selection committee.

This should be treated no differently than any other government grant or contract award process. Until this is established, the immediate removal of all painted public property that is associated with a specific organization should be removed immediately.
