U.S House of Representatives: Investigate the order to "Stand Down" and reinstate Gen Ham

Facts have come out that General Carter Ham was relieved of Command of U.S. AFRICOM after ignoring orders by White House officials while trying to send aid to State Department Agents during the Sept 11, 2012 attach on the embassy in Benghazi, Libya.

Furthermore second in Command General Daniel Rodriguez relieved him of his command for failure to obey White House orders. Those orders resulted in the deaths of at least 4 American serving in Benghazi.

The orders should have been considered unlawful since General Carter Ham was in charge of security in the area and had the intelligence and experience necessary to render Aid during the seven hour firefight.

Generals are not elected officials and should not be appointed to command for political reasons. Rather he had the merit and experience necessary to command U.S. AFRICOM prior to ignoring the orders from the White House.

The White House refuses to take responsibility publicly for the deaths of Americans sent to the area to serve by order of the U.S. State Department.

The Commander In Chief, Presidet Barrack Hussein Obama, has publicly stated that he was unaware of the issue. Someone in the White House is responsible for the deaths of those brave Americans.

Elected officials without the knowledge and experience of military affairs in the region demonstrated incompetence by assuming command by the means of a General Daniel Rodriguez, who further demonstrated lack of competence to lead military forces in the area and to make the correct call to render aid to service member under attract with live intelligence of the firefight going on, while being ordered to "STAND DOWN" by Whitehouse Officials.

Finally General Carter Ham should be given the protection necessary for whistle blowers by all means necessary so he may testify to what happened the night of September 11, 2012, to include why he ignored the orders and why he was relieved of command.

The Citizens of the United States of America deserve to know if our Commander in Chief has lied, attempted any cover up or should take responsibility for the deaths of the American Citizens serving in Benghazi the night of September 11, 2012.

Their account of what has happened and those relieved of duty for failing to obey orders is becoming a catastrophe of leadership from the elected and appointed officials who assumed command and ordered the commanders who were ready to render aid to "STAND DOWN" at least 3 separate times.

A full investigation should be conducted immediately and BEFORE THE ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012. It is necessary that American Citizens know the morals, credibility, and capacity of our Commander In Chief!
