African American Healing Initiative started this petition to U.S. House of Representatives and
American slavery has left a long term and deep mark in our nation and has played a role in the social and economical manifestation of our culture.
I believe that if we render a federal tax wavier to the African American descendants (through DNA approval) for 50 years, this would be a great and national apology. This measure would play a big role in continuing the long term healing process as a nation.
