After the watching Nancy Pelosi fidget, speak to herself, twitch, and rip the speech in half behind  President Trump during the State of the Union, I believe that we should have the right to test her mental state.  She does not seem to be “all there” anymore. If she does not pass than she should be immediately removed from her position. This is what’s best for the American people. If we can get one person evaluated we can continue this as a normal practice, this would create a better government for us all.
