Have Congress seize Trump's assets through eminent domain for Emoluments Clause compliance

President Donald Trump has refused to comply in good faith with the Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution. Trump has committed grave and egregious acts of corruption to enrich himself and his family while President using the enormous wealth of his hotels and golf courses, against the public interest, which the Emoluments Clause was intended by our founding fathers to prevent.
In the face of any refusal to abide, the U. S. government is empowered to take private property via eminent domain for public use (in the case of a hotel, for housing foreign guests and visitors).
"In federal law, Congress may take private property directly (without recourse to the courts) by passing an Act transferring title of the subject property directly to the government. In such cases, the property owner seeking compensation must sue the United States for compensation in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The legislature may also delegate the power to private entities like public utilities or railroads, and even to individuals. The U.S. Supreme Court has consistently deferred to the right of states to make their own determinations of 'public use'."
President Trump has himself expressed great support for the exercise of eminent domain, as demonstrated by this article in The Atlantic entitled "Seizing Private Property Is No Problem for Donald Trump" and dated October 7, 2015 at https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2015/10/seizing-private-property-is-no-problem-for-donald-trump/409432/
