ENDING Systemic Oppression

All state, federal, and local employees including elected officials must uphold the integrity and trust of their position.

All oath-taking personnel who serve and protect the interest of the people can not break their promise to the American People without being charged with treason to the American People as stated in Military law. For example, All police officers assaulting unarmed civilians in peaceful protest, and use excessive force in any arrest. Will be immediately dismissed, arrested, and trialed as an enemy of the state. The department will be evaluated and searched for co-conspirators who will face the same charge and subsequent penalties of treason. 

All personnel will be given the opportunity to resign or update their contract to these standards within the next 72 hours.  Failure to respond is not a failure to comply. All non-responding personnel hereby agree to these statutes upon return to work. No payment will be tendered to individuals who do not comply or refuse to comply with the interest of the American people.

Oath Breaking factors can be defined as using public office for personal gain of any kind including lobbying practices, the promotion of racial disparity in policies such as gerrymandering, redlining, and any policy historically used to oppress people of color. Affiliation and tolerance of hate groups and hate speech.  Being silent and or complicit in the face of racial injustice and actions deemed detrimental to human rights as defined by the constitution. Elected officials are given 72 hours to make a statement condemning unjust acts within their offices.
