Most plastic isn’t recyclable, not biodegradable either.  Even though they taxed plastic bags, they haven’t done enough, yet. I would like to ban single use plastic at least in my hometown. Single use plastic is killing all that we love, turtles, fish, aquatic life, etc. Another bad thing about single use plastic is that it takes so many years too break down, and that is causing plastic pollution.  

Another reason is that the fish we eat, eat plastic and plastic got into our food chain. If we do ban single use plastic, the things we love will not go extinct. If we don’t we die, slowly but surely. 

Lastly, most plastic water bottles have BPA, and BPA causes breast cancer. Single use plastic is harming many things. Along with us, so will we put an effort to try to ban them at least in this city. So will you help us and the environment or no?
