All people should be treated equally by police.

The United States of America Congress needs to be told by all the people to make it the law that all academies of police are certified by a committee created by the US government to protect and to serve the people of this nation, and that no city or town will have any authority to certify any police officer.  It will be the responsibility of the qualified and educated citizens of this country to create this certification of our police to do what’s right.

A procedure to arrest suspects should be engaged in a professional manner.  Police should not overstep their bounds, they are not judge and jury. All officers must be certified to protect the people.  Police use of excessive force is not to be tolerated. Police will be held to the highest standard of conduct and must be bonded. Superior officers are also to be held personally liable when a pattern of police abuse appears in their department.

Proper training that is consistent across the nation, as well as psychological testing to eliminate unsuitable candidates must be adhered to.

 Finally, officers fired for cause should not be permitted to take up police work in new departments any place in the nation.
