In this petition we are hoping to bring awareness and spread the word that our oceans are at risk.  The oceans aren't owned by a country, not a capital, not anything.  The oceans are the collective bodies of the Earth just full of water, not to ruin and dispose of things unneeded on land, please take in the thought that billions of fish, plants, and organisms in the world are killed each year because of humans current, selfish ways.
