It is past time for the EEOC process to be reformed. It is unbelievable how racist and antiquated the EEOC process is to date. The racial discrimination cases involving black people are poorly investigated, if investigated at all. There is no reason for an EEOC investigation to last five years or more, only to end in “a dismissal or no evidence found”; even after all of the evidence provided, clearly shows that the Employer has been involved in racial discrimination. In this situation, the people filing the cases with the EEOC are badgered for years to provide the same information time and time again. These are clear methods of discrimination, inferior and discouragement. 2020 has clearly exposed the inequalities that the black communities have been enduring for years and it must end now.
