Allow Cholita the Andean Bear into the US

Cholita is an Andean Spectacled Bear (an endangered species) who was rescued from a circus in Peru. While Cholita was in the circus, her trainer had her teeth smashed out and paws partially amputated to remove her claws and make her less dangerous. Because of all the trauma, she's also lost all her fur. Zoos will not accept Cholita because without her fur, she is perceived as ugly.
Animal Defenders International is attempting to bring Cholita to an animal sanctuary in Colorado but because Cholita is an endangered species, she needs special authorization to enter the country.
We, the undersigned, ask you to please allow Cholita into the country and to accept her application as soon as possible.
