Earl George started this petition to U.S. Department of State

Mr. Sanuel Hinds was a former President and Prime Minister of Guyana with the ruling PPP/C government. Mr. Hinds is a puppet of the regime who was President after the death of Cheddi Jagan and stepped aside to allow Janet Jagan to become President disregarding the constitution of Guyana which prohibited a foreigner from becoming President. After Ms. Jagan resigned he was President Ag. and again stepped aside to make room for Bharat Jagdeo to become President.

President Bharat Jagdeo reigned over 23 years of corruption, extra Judicial killings of black men, narcotics trafficking and trafficking in persons that saw Guyana on the black list of Transparency International.

In 2015 the APNU/AFC Coalition government won the General Elections but was undermined by the PPP/C government who conspired with an AFC parliamentarian Charandas Persaud to join in a No Confidence vote against the Coalition government which had a one seat majority. This resulted in new Elections in March 2020 where the PPP/C government with the help of outside influences were returned to government with fraudulent votes. The Elections Petition case is currently before the Guyana High Court. Charandas Persaud is also being made Ambassador to India as a reward for his treachery.

Sam Hinds is being used as a figure head to show a Black person in a country where Black people are marginalized and economically disadvantaged. The PPP/C government is a corrupt and racist Administration and does not believe in equality, the rule of law and equal opportunities. The Afro Guyanese population is being marginalized and Sam Hinds is a cover for the real motives of the PPP/C government.
