Dalphna Curtis started this petition to U.S. Department of Justice and

We ask the Department of Justice to investigate the pervasive attacks on Black citizens in Dallas County.  We ask that the investigation includes the murder of Joshua Brown, the targets of Black elected officials, Black business owners, Black leaders, and other Black citizens.

There is a pattern of abuse of Black people in leadership positions where they are targeted and destroyed by a KKK/KGB enterprise that runs the county.  Joshua Brown was a young Black man who just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.  He witnessed a murder committed by a white Dallas police officer and testified against her.  We believe his murder was a professional hit job done by the criminal regime that runs Dallas County.

Joshua’s murder is typical of Dallas County’s treatment of any Black person who dares to buck the power base.  We ask for a thorough investigation into his murder and an investigation into the targets and destruction of other Blacks in Dallas County.

Our goal is to get the Department of Justice to investigate, expose, prosecute, and incarcerate the criminal element that abuses governmental agencies and other avenues to violate the civil rights of Dallas County’s Black citizens.  We would like to force Dallas County to abide by the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
