We heavily guard our politicians, our celebrities, our airports…yet continue to refuse the same security for our most precious treasures…OUR CHILDREN!

Per politico.com in reference to security spending alone during the impeachment of former President Donald J. Trump: 

“ Sen. Mitt Romney’s campaign team recorded $43,000 spent for his safety.

Liz Cheney’s campaign office logged a $22,000 expense for personal security.

Sens. Raphael Warnock (Ga.) and Mark Kelly (Ariz.) spent $130,000 and $115,000, respectively.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) spent $46,061 and $25,000.”

Per educationdata.org:

“Public education spending in the United States falls short of global benchmarks and lags behind economic growth; K-12 schools spend $640.0 billion or $12,624 per pupil annually.”

These reports/statistics PROVE the value our  government puts on their own lives compared to the lives and education of each school aged child in the US. 

Our children are the future of our world yet we cut funding to their education & fail to prioritize the safety protocols/equipment/personnel that should be in place in every single school in the nation? 

Approve funding for security equipment and personnel in ALL U.S. public schools.
