Jonathan Rishi started this petition to U.S. Copyright Office

When new musical artist's receive contracts from the new Record labels, the contracts have small laws in fine print show that the songs that are recorded at their studios after they sign the contract. This basically means money and rights to songs that are recorded in the studio are majority rights  to the labels when they recorded under the contract they are under. When applications like Spotify and Apple Music are getting songs from popular artist the money that is made by just people playing the songs that dose not make the artist all of the money. The company has a large majority of the money made on the songs. This is why I am trying to get the new law to make contracts transparent for musicians. The are countless times of Music artist's losing money because of the contracts they were under.
